Dr. Andrew Heredia is a gentle and caring dentist with skills and interests in all aspects of aesthetic dentistry. He endeavours to ensure that patients are relaxed and comfortable at all times, while producing optimum results efficiently and effectively.
Dr. Andrew attained the Bachelor of Dental Science degree at the University of Melbourne. Upon graduating, he chose to work in various community health centres in the Barwon Region, Colac and the newly created Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative in North Geelong.
Upon returning to Melbourne, Dr. Andrew worked predominantly in private practice, focussing on his love of preventive and aesthetic dentistry, whilst still providing care in the community health service sector.
Dr. Andrew is committed to continuing professional development, having attended courses in aesthetic dentistry, Edelweiss laminate veneers, dental implants, surgical crown lengthening and nitrous sedation, in order to provide holistic dental services. He works closely with various dental specialists in order to ensure that his patients receive the highest level of care.
Dr. Andrew makes his staff and patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their time in his presence.
Dr. Andrew is a member of the Australian Dental Association and was elected to serve on the ADA Victoria Branch Council. He acts as a liaison between the ADAVB council and various committees including oral health, finance and risk as well as RMIT.
He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In his spare time, Dr. Andrew enjoys playing games and Lego with his young son, building hobby model kits, reading classic novels and spending time watching movies, playing board games and going dancing with his wife.
