This acid slowly dissolves the enamel on our teeth. If this continues over long periods of time it results in decay and a cavity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify g-font-size-16 g-mb-20\">In terms of the body, excessive consumption of sugars can lead to Type-II diabetes. Some techniques include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"g-list-style-circle g-font-size-16\">\n<li class=\"d-flex g-mb-10\">\n        <i class=\"icon-check g-color-primary g-mt-5 g-mr-10\"><\/i>Drinking water as your choice of beverage. Fluoridated tap water is one of the most cost-effective ways in preventing tooth decay.<\/a>\n<li class=\"d-flex g-mb-10\">\n        <i class=\"icon-check g-color-primary g-mt-5 g-mr-10\"><\/i>Minimise beverages like soft-drinks, sports drinks and even some fruit based drinks as they have high amounts of added sugar.
